Fans of Category III smut may find this typical thriller entertaining. Mr. Category III Mark Cheng is an evil rapist who has a supreme leg fetish. He rapes and kills his victims, but always makes sure to preserve their legs. What we discover is that he enjoys hanging the severed legs from the roof of his fine serial killer abode, which is lit with cool blues like the best serial killer abodes are. Cop Jade Leung makes it her mission to take down the bastard. Mark's response: to pretty much announce that Jade will be his next victim., but still the cops have a hard time finding him, even though he pretty much hangs around in plain sight. Zero invention occurs either, though Jade's final act to snare her quarry is amusingly creative. For those who must know: Jade Leung keeps her clothes on. The majority of the nudity is provided by Japanese import Miho Nomoto, who was popularized by a supposed resemblance to Charlie Young.
